Do you need transportation to a worship service?

 

Please complete the form to the right and someone will call on Sunday morning to confirm pick-up.  We look forward to you worshipping with us.

 

This form must be completed by Thursday at 12:00 noon before the Sunday you plan to attend.  You may also call the church office at 770-786-1253 leave a message specifying you need transportation and leave your name, address, number riding the van and a contact number.  We will confirm the information as soon as possible.
