Church Membership
What an exciting time in the life of MMBC and we are glad you have decided to be a part of the family. As you assimilate (become a part of the church) our desire is that we all have a solid foundation. We are a church with diverse backgrounds and as a body we believe our unity is based on some foundational truths that we all agree on. These truths based on the word of God are found in our Added Members Class. Below you will learn a little about the courses and you are encouraged to attend all 4 courses. Membership graduations are held quarterly on the 1st Sunday. See you in class and at graduation.
Our Christian Life And Service Seminars (C.L.A.S.S.) teach you all about what it looks like to follow Christ and gives you the tools you need for each step of the journey. Start with Class 101 and see how God transforms your life as you grow in your faith.
Class 101 is a great step for learning about the history of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, what we believe, and how to become a member of the MMBC family. You’ll also have the opportunity to get baptized after class. In Class 201 you can find out what it means to be more like Jesus, learn how to spend time with God through prayer and Bible study, discover the importance of grace giving (tithing), and understand the value of community. In Class 301 you will learn how God can use your Spiritual gifts, Heart (passions), Abilities, Personality, and Experiences to help to others. Class 401 will help you discover your calling, learn how to share your story with others, write down your personal testimony, and see how to impact the world around you with Christ’s love.
